I don't know how this list of random stuff would help anyone. To me, the only reason Index Index exists is so that pages don't show up on Special:UncategorizedCategories. It should probably even be a hidden category.

What would be useful is a list of categories that are actually indexes. Basically a category of things with {{IndexTrope}} on them.
