There is a small gap between characters like, let's go with the one from Gundam SEED:

Rau Le Creuset isn't a CM, while Azrael is one. Although the former is an Omnicidal Maniac, while the other is "only" a despicable racist.

Why isn't Le Creuset a CM, while Azrael is?
