Of course you can go ahead and update it. Why would we say no? All we ask is that any images uploaded get proper license terms added, and you don't cut'n'paste anything from TVT that you didn't write yourselves.
As for giving you a time, well.... obvious clock jokes aside, that's not how we do things here. The only time we'll get on someone's case is if they're persistently doing something that messes with our legal responsibilities (usually regarding copyrights). Or if they spamming.
