Not every place accessed by flying has to be on International Flight paths - what made you ask that? |

Not sure about jurisdiction. It's either under the jurisdiction of the Puerto Rican government or the U.S government and the FBI have searched it (even the left-biased news outlet NBC [https://www.cnbc.com/2019/08/12/fbi-searches-jeffrey-epsteins-home-in-virgin-islands-nbc-news.html reported on that]). |
