I'm more familiar with the requirements for text as I'm a published author and that's my stock in trade; I know less about what constitutes sufficient change to qualify as a derivative work. I ''think'' that might do. But it sounds like a whole lot of unnecessary work to avoid putting "{{tl|fairuse}}" and a couple URLs on the page. And even if you do go that route, we're still going to want to know where off the wiki the altered image is stored so we can recover it in case of another catastrophic event like the orain hack. |
