* ''[http://hanzismatter.blogspot.com/ Hanzi Smatter]'' is a wonderful website tearing apart people who attempt their own translations into Asian languages, and then having the results tattooed onto them. At best, you have something tattooed on backwards (Which itself can change the meaning. 信 means honesty, 訃 means news of death). At worst, you find out that languages don't have a 1:1 mapping when the intended "hot ass" translated word for word is actually Chinese for "raging diarrhoea". Much lulz therein.

{{quote|Parisian French: Chauffer ton char. (Heat your chariot.)
Quebecois: Chauffer ton char. (Drive your car.) }}
