This is despite Ezreal being a badass explorer who wields powerful magic and has managed to steal several artifacts. Nowadays now that Taric/Ezreal has more genuine shippers, Taric's more the one saving him from molesters than doing it himself. It's more [[Innocently Insensitive|well-intentioned]] but it is still there.

This (his dependence for Rhaast anyway) is typically intentional on the writer's part and it's supposedly symbolic of Rhaast taking over Kayn in the game. The need to be saved by other characters however aren't.
