Anyone who actually eats one of these weird hamburgers turns into a monstrous, zombie-like Krabby Patty, and these hamburger-zombies force-feed parts of themselves to other Bikini Bottom residents, which turns ''them'' into hamburger-zombies. Long story short, it's a ''weird'' episode, even for SpongeBob.
