Atavism is a finished webcomic written and drawn by Richard Bidencope. It revolves around several tenuously connected characters in the criminal underworld of a fictional city, who are caught up in the war between a religious cult called the Spiritual Renewal Society and an uneasy alliance of of Skandatech (a technology company) and the Lupus crime syndicate.

It ran from 2004 to 2008. The author is currently working on a second webcomic called Cerintha.
