  • Crosses the Line Twice: Many strips, but one notable one has a group of bears offering "Free Kandy" to a small girl, so she will go outside and they will supposedly maul them.
  • Dude, Not Funny: Both the above bear strip and a gag about an anthropomorphic iceberg beating the Titanic in a boxing match got a lot of angry mail. The Daily News ignored it, though.
