  • Due to the Hearthstone Hong Kong incident, disillusion fans are now suspicious and paranoid that Blizzard wants their private information (i.e. Government ID, a child's birth certificate, and etc.) are not just for tech support help to get rid of one's account(s) but the data will also be sent to China.
• Power of Trust: Other fans trusts Blizzard with their sensitive information, since it's mostly used to make sure the account belongs to the correct owner(s) and not some hacker prying for information.
