The machine stayed still, scanning for an answer, Grit lit up in the eyes and on the small button on his head. Her parents were at work and she was all alone at home. While she waited she looked around, playing with her hair.
"What is the name of your plant?" Grit shot back with an another question. "Only if I know which plant can I tell you the right answer."
Without waiting, she walked all the way to the end of the long corridor. Her soft steps barely making a sound. It was a bright sunny day, and she was wearing a lovely white frock. She walked to the garden that was set up by her mother and looked at the plant. Carefully speaking, she asked the plant, "Which plant are you?"
She stood there waiting for the answer, looking around. |
