CJ7 was developed by aliens who were very clumsy.
These aliens needed a companion that could repair anything, from broken equipment to damaged tissues, because many of them were exceptionally klutzy and damaged things/got hurt rather easily.
- Plus, they might've been into Kawaiiko.
The CJ7 invasion meant that the test was a success!
The aliens who made CJ7 deliberately gave it to Mr. Chow to test its universal appeal, and since it was succesful, they soon sent more of them for all the children of China... admittedly with mixed results...
