Exactly What It Says on the Tin

If you intend to weed out duplicates, please keep these points in mind:

Are the colours correct? Throw away the one with the wrong shade of blue, or whatever. (This may require going to each nation's official government website, looking for information about their flag, and determining what colour they say it should be. Compared to the opinions of the people who actually use the flag in question, our opinions don't matter.)
If the colours are the same, is the image bitmap or vector? Keep the vector, since it scales better for use on both Useful Notes pages and nationality userboxes.
If there's still a tie, which one takes up less disk space?
