He doesn't. The Clueless Contributor can't be bothered with such trivialities. He just spews and moves on.
Back on That Other Tropes Wiki, Clueless Contributors have a habit of responding to the "Describe [new trope] here" line instead of deleting it. Since All The Tropes doesn't have such a prompt, we are spared one of their bad habits.
