▲* In [[Supernatural (TV series)|Supernatural]], most monsters feed on humans in one way or another, and many are of the [[Picky People Eater]] type. With the Pishtaco, but a type of monster native to South America, they feed on fat. Not fatty foods, mind you, they have these long, lamprey-like tongues that they use to suck the fat tissue out of human victims, and before anyone says that's silly, you should see the state that the bodies of their prey are in - the poor victims are literally nothing but skin and bones, certainly the deaths were not pleasant. In the episode where they appear, two Pishtaco siblings - Alonso and Maritza get the idea of opening a weight loss resort, in which case they can use their feeding abilities to provide liposuction, getting easy meals and making a decent profit without having to worry about being discovered by hunters like Sam and Dean. {{spoiler| Unfortunately, after Alonso almost kills a client, Maritza punishes him by barring him from other clients (the punishment leaving him unable to feed on live prey) leading Alonso to go and hunt for victims outside the clinic.}}
