• Complete Monster: Both Rhyss and Xander. Xander is a custom taylored Complete Monster who only exists to obey orders so when her evil overlords sent her to Earth to kill Cy, she becomes obsessed with doing so. She also hates Cybergirl for her individuality and capacity for independant thought so she's even willing to kill herself if it means completing her mission. If threatened with death herself, she's frightened by the idea of dying without killing Cybergirl, so great is her obsession.
  • Rhyss probably outdoes Xander in the Complete Monster stakes, threatening genocide unless Cybergirl give up and let him rule River City unopposed.
