If you pay attention to the fight between Frakenstein and Joe you cans see, that the former is pummeling the latter more with his right hand. The same hand he uses to gear shift. While the rest of the story about Frakenstein's artificial limbs and scars is faked, it turns out that not only is his hand artificial but storing a hand grenade. The hand plus the weight of the grenade probably reinforced his punches, which is why Joe was able to bruise and bleed easily from the aftermath.
Calamity Jane and Matilda The Hun seemed to have a feud that rivals that of Frankenstein and Machine Gun Joe. A feud that extended to their respective fans. It seems at first that there was no reason whatsoever on why they are feuding. However a few key scenes imply that Calamity Jane has slept with or is trying to sleep with Matilda's Navigator Herman The German. The first scene shows her making a flirtatious remark regarding the latter's car the Buzzbomb. The second scene during the pit stop has the two girls arguing with one and other on who's gonna win, with Matilda shouting "Leave my navigator alone!!!" To add insult to injury one of Matilda's scores involved her running down Jane's recent Navigator/lover which enrages Jane to the point where during the race she intended to kill Matilda and Herman.

It was said that Nero was following Frankenstein, hoping to get what he left over. Frankenstein's first score was the Doctors and Nurses wheeling out the old people during "Euthanasia Day". Odds are Nero could have bumped off at least one or more old people since the Nurses and Doctors Frankenstein killed wouldn't have been able to wheel them back in the hospital.
