* The Blizzcon 2010 demo of Diablo 3 showed that all the doors in Leoric's castle/torture chamber were about 15 feet high and 8 feet wide. Seems like it's just creative exaggeration, but Leoric's Ghost (and skeletal form from Blizzcon 2008) is way bigger than a human. Perhaps the doors were built with him in mind.
* Baal's defensiveness is annoying, particularly for a final boss. But think about it. You killed two Prime Evils and two Lesser Evils before you reached him, and they were going all-out on offense - Diablo especially. Of course he's going to be careful!
** And it turns out Azmodan was being even ''more'' defensive, [[Sealed Evil in a Can|sealing himself in a nearby mountain]] in order to avoid the heroes of the second game.
* Belial, The Lord of Lies, has two mouths and four eyes. The two mouths face in opposite directions (left and right of his "head"). [http://www.diablowiki.com/images/1/1f/Belial_Portrait.png Note where the extra eyes are.] Belial is "two-faced".
