- Moral Event Horizon: Hisamitsu could be mistaken for a Punch Clock Villain who is being Forced Into Evil given his laziness and even indifference to actually enforcing Asoubi's rule. Then he gratuitously rape his secretary for pleasure, and threatens he will violently abort their child if she gets pregnant from the rape. Noticeably, abortion is one thing the anti-Asoubi clans do not do, keeping pregnant prostitutes into work, and the rape they allow has the pragmatic purpose of financing their fight against Asougi.
- That One Boss: Tsuina. She is flunky boss surrounded by very powerful mooks which she can heal to full health or empower, does very damaging attacks, and has a large pool of health. What makes her specially jarring is that previous bosses do not have any similar abilities, even the dreaded Lu Bu, forcing the player to use a totally different battle plan.
