- Creator Backlash / Disowned Adaptation: The artist who originally created and drew the strip in Viz hated the film so much that he couldn't bear to draw it anymore. As a result, another artist did the strip for a couple of months until the original artist felt like drawing it again. Viz themselves railed on it.
