::I just added a "Notes" section to the template as a test. I originally wnted to do this anyway, but I didn't because Vorticity wasn't sure it would look good. ::: Yeah we had this whole discussion before, and then the working copy got deleted along with the rest of our content. The solution was to restore the edit to [[MediaWiki:Cite references prefix]], which will draw up a Notes header whenever the <references /> tag is actually rendered.
