Makoto Itou and Makoto Onoda are distant relatives.

Not only they have the same name, they also look alike. Idiot Heroes? Check. Both are obsessed about sex? Check. Pretty much the only difference is that Makoto Onoda is a VERY devoted husband to his wife, while Makoto Itou, even as he travels to Hell on a NICE BOAT, is still an asshole.
