In one day in Dweezwold, it was insanely crowded due to the current pupae hatching rate was huge. This was bought up at the family table and then her parents, both Caroleena and Vinnie, decided to sell the mansion. Creepie and her brothers protested the idea, since they lived in the mansion ever since they were "paupae."

The next day, Creepie then tells Chris-Alice and Budge that her family will be moving after Chris-Alice's Mom, Bunny Hollyruler, sells Dweezwold.

Tropes used in Growing Up Creepie/Recap/S1/E24/Home is Where the Haunt Is include:

  • Pun-Based Title: Based on the phrase, "Home is where the heart is."
  • The Stinger: When the Timpsons returned to the Middlington Graveyard, they are shown to be ghosts that are currently living in a crypt and are still searching for a good home.
  • Undying Loyalty: Chris-Alice told Creepie that she'll still be best friends...Even though the goth girl and her family moved to a different state.
Chris-Alice
—"We'll always be BBFs!"
Creepie
—"Brazilian Fruit Flies?"
Chris-Alice
—"No, 'Best Friends Forever!"
