Hamster & Gretel/Nightmare Fuel
Hamster & Gretel is a fairly lighthearted show, but seeing that this is a superhero show and one of the titular characters is a child, moments of geniune terror are to be expected.
- The second episode ends on a surprisingly suspenful note. The ending has the same aliens who gave Hamster & Gretel their powers do the same to a sibling duo... and then ask them to use it fir evil. It leaves the viewers sondering what is going on with them.
- Seeing Hamster & Gretel stealing and singing the "Taco Crunchies" song in a monotone voice is rather unnerving.
- And there's also the fact that they got brainwashed simply by watching a "Taco Crunchies" commercial with subliminal messages. Paranoia Fuel Punch, anyone?
- Belle is a despicable Attention Whore who ruins Hamster & Gretel's reputation and almost gets them arrested just for likes with a smile on her face. The worst part? Unlike the campy, 60s Batman-esque villains the show features, people like her do exist in real life. There are people online willing to run a good person's reputation througth the mud just for personal gain.
- Seeing the police attempting to arrest Hamster & Gretel, a child and her pet mind you, can be horrible to watch. Specially if you are a parent. And just for a doctered video.
