- Retcon: Ogel, the Big Bad from the previous Alpha Team line was stated to be Vladek's direct descendant.
- Faceless Goons: Vladek's minions.
- Fashion Victim Villain: Inverted: Vladek had cool spiky black armour, whereas the heroes had among them a green-armoured knight with a yellow sword, a purple armoured knight, and a baby blue one.
