Fridge Brilliance

• When Pazu and Sheeta first land on Laputa, the place is slowly revealed to us as the clouds part. Now think about the fact that the amulet makes the clouds part. The clouds aren't going away to reveal the place; they're parting for Colonel Muska. It revealing the floating castle is a bonus.
