Fridge Brilliance:

• The Cataclysm Climax. Seems to come out of the blue, doesn't it? Well, except for a couple of throwaway mentions of earthquakes and underground pressure.
• The film ends with the survivors in a small canoe in the middle of the ocean; so where do they go? Acquanetta's character quickly noted the presence of an "island over there!" where her tribe may have evacuated to. Both of these points are touched upon in dialog, but in so brief a manner that one could be forgiven for not noticing.
