So Captain America used the hammer of Thor (Mjölnir) to teleport them all to the Iranian desert, were the vampires were killed by the daylight. The reason for not teleporting the Triskelion into a desert area of an ally (e.g. Israel, Egypt, Saudi-Arabia) but to that of an enemy ("Great Satan", you remeber) is, that it would've been less badass (You appear in broad daylight on enemy territory and they can DO NOTHING!!).
