The left head is the cute one, the right head is the brash, fiesty one, and the middle head is the mature, moderate one. Interestingly, rather than being presented as three individuals sharing one body, it's more like Minerva is a single person who's thoughts are the same for all three heads, just filtered through different personality traits.
