A song that tells you how to dance to at least part of the song, almost always in the lyrics, but visual instructions in a music video also count. It is not necessary for the song to say how to do the entire (or even most of) the dance, even one visual aid (other than actual dancing of course) or line of lyrics that tell you how to dance is enough to qualify.
If the song only vaguely alludes to its dance moves, and it's more insistent on how you should be enjoying dancing to it and how popular the song or the dance is, then it is a [[Dance Sensation]]
