Sorry, my peer group exclusively means The Rocky Horror Show/The Rocky Horror Picture Show with the word "Rocky". Who's this Stallone fellow anyway, seems like a good chap.

Oh, that's often the case in my peer group, too. (I have fond memories of attending the 15th anniversary celebration at the Beacon Theatre in New York City, lo these many years ago, where the whole cast less Tim Curry -- who was doing a stage show in London at the time -- was present.) But especially here, context is king, and if I'd paid attention to my context I would have not assumed a boxer where I should have assumed something associated with a Transylvanian.

I think Dance Sensation claims the song is popular. This trope gives instructions on how to dance. There is a bit of overlap.
