Nell Kellty is the granddaughter of Trigger Hicks.

Trigger is Katie Hepburn's character in the 1934 film Spitfire. Trigger is a feisty young woman who lives alone in a cabin in the Ozarks, and relies on prayer along with folk remedies to heal sickness.
