Nell Kellty is the granddaughter of Trigger Hicks.

Trigger is Katie Hepburn's character in the 1934 film Spitfire. Trigger is a feisty young woman who lives alone in a cabin in the Ozarks, and relies on prayer along with folk remedies to heal sickness. At the end of the film she leaves hoping to find a better situation. She went to Robbinsville. Given her penchant for attracting handsome, ambitious young men, she soon married a self-made businessman named Kellty. They made a fortune and bought up all that land, leaving it to their beloved daughter Violet . . .
