Paper Mario: Glitz or Glory is an ongoing^[when?] fan fiction written by Echobreaker, a relatively obscure writer. The story happens after the epilogue of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door and centers on Miles, a street rat who, by a twist of luck, earned himself a ticket to Glitzville. In the process, he meets Mario and company, and deals with his own share of troubles.

Currently^[when?], it is undergoing a remaking process, but both versions can be found here.
