- Shorty totally owning two ignorant callers on a radio show. Also, the crew's repossession of the blue pit Dominico from an owner who had kept him chained up in the backyard all day in the summertime, along with Shorty grilling him later for failing to pay attention to the contract.
- Shorty even supported Ashley after a client told her she wanted a refund for her daughter's birthday party because neither of them enjoyed it (though the girl's friends did anyway).
