  • Complete Monster: Principal Togar. This is basically the only reason why she hasn't been sent to the funny farm yet; she's so damn controlling the students only stand up to her when she presses their universal Berserk Button by trying to burn their records right in front of them.
  • Moral Event Horizon: By having her two henchmen eat Riff Randall's goldfish and THEN use force to steal Riff's (and her friend's) tickets, Mrs. Togar pretty much asked to be deposed as principal... especially after Riff's classmates and McGree found out the two nearly couldn't attend the concert because of her.
