Line 1: {{work}}{{Needs Image}} The SMOCT, or [http://smoct.deviantart.com/ Sailor Moon Original Character Tournament], is an OC tournament held every year on [[DeviantART]] (currently, it is entering its ~~third~~sixth year). It's gained an immense amount of popularity since its inception, and now is one of the largest [[Sailor Moon]] events held on [[DeviantART]]. While it doesn't qualify as a true [[Web Comic]], a good deal of the entries have some general plotline that the judges set and the participating artists (attempt) to follow.
