* [[Nick Fury]] in [[The Ultimates]] was patterned after Jackson with the man's permission, under the condition that he got to play the character in ''any'' movies they might make in the future. So when {{spoiler|Fury appeared in [[The Stinger|the post-credits scenes]] in ''[[Iron Man (film)|Iron Man]]'', ''[[Thor (film)|Thor]]'' and ''[[Captain America: The First Avenger]]'', Sam made cameos. Immediately following that, he threatens to torture the terrorist's two young children.}}
