Scaredy and Dave are a gay couple

Scaredy and Dave are a case of opposites attract and yet, they're not so different from one another. Both are energetic and very Adorkable. Also, Scaredy seems to feel much more comfortable around Dave then Sally and in one episode, Dave wakes Scaredy up in the morning. Dave has a few stereotypically gay mannerisms like his lispy voice and being cool with crossdressing. Also, Scaredy could be bisexual with Sally as his ex-girlfriend who never let him go even after he dumped her and went out with Dave.

Scaredy is Jimmy Two-Shoes reincarnated.
