  • Ear Worm - The theme song, which is also something of an Expository Theme Tune
  • Viewer Gender Confusion - Skippy was female. Some people tend to mistakenly refer to her as a male kangaroo. Major clue that Skippy is a female: she has a pouch. Also, a Running Gag is that guest characters sometimes mistakenly referred to Skippy as a male, which is used to show that the characters do not know anything about kangaroos.
