- Crowning Moment of Awesome - Many, but Will's mum taking the plate away stands out.
- Crowning Moment of Funny - Two words: Flying dog.
- No Yay - Despite of the fact that they are two young boys, Lee and Will's relationship becomes too serious, in the second part of the movie.
- YMMV, of course. This can also be read as a heartwarming brotherly relationship (like that between Obi Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker before everything went to hell), they are sworn Blood Brothers after all.
- Tear Jerker - Oh, so many. Will list later.
- One such moment comes near the end of the film, when Didier returns to France. The whole school shows up to wish him goodbye and some of his Unwanted Harem give him a bouquet of flowers. Then when he gets on the bus, the other French exchange students make fun of him and he drops and ruins his bouquet. Not the most Tearjerky, by far, but it still gets you.
