And so forth. It's sometimes parodied by having him turn to a channel that normally wouldn't have the news - a Japanese news channel, or MTV - and yet it's still talking about it. Expect a news-phobic [[Apathetic Citizens|Apathetic Citizen]] to stop flipping immediately if they do manage to find anything else on.
