Born in 1967, Kotono Mitsuishi is the lady who voiced both the title character of ''[[Sailor Moon]]'' and Major Misato Katsuragi in ''[[Neon Genesis Evangelion]]''. Widely seen as an "[[Japanese Sibling Terminology|oneesan]]" in the industry, though nowhere as big as [[Kikuko Inoue]]. Another strong point of hers is that not only that she does [[Onee-Sama]] roles, she does [[Genki Girl]] roles just fine... or maybe too fabulously, proven in ''[[Excel Saga (anime)|Excel Saga]]'' whereas she makes a full use of ''superb'' [[Motor Mouth]] skills.
