* '''Defied''': The writers follow with equal focus and sympa four main characters : [[Alpha Bitch]] Danielle, [[Nice Guy]] John, the resident [[Big Man on Campus|big man on this campus]], [[Adorkable]] Mark, and [[The Snark Knight]], who is known as "The Carola", and only has a small circle of faithful friends. When Carola mocks John, she gets a well-deserved [[What the Hell, Hero?]], and through character developpement, becomes a better person, and much more compasive, but it is not seen as stupid if she keeps her self-confidence. When Danielle cheats on Mark, she is chastized by the writers for not steping on this relationship to become a better person. She gets character developpement too. If Mark's speech about how unfair she was goes too far by mentionning that her [[Missing Mom]] is yet not enough of an excuse, Carola will step up and, voicing the writers, set some boundaries. If Carola and John go out together neither will be considered luckier than the other because of the other's coolness.
