But it didn't really advance the story much anyway, aside from introducing several new characters; all the [[Earthshattering Kaboom|major events]] [[Reset Button Ending|never really happened]]. Thus, [[Continuation|Continuations]] are still common, but their writers have to either set them after the non-events of the third OVA, or perhaps more frequently [[Fanon Discontinuity|just ignore it because it sucked]].
