His distinctive green eyes, blonde and orange streaks of hair in VRAINS, and, just slightly, maybe his streaks of pink/magenta in the real world give him an Irish look. Also, while he might not be loud and/or boisterous, his blunt, 'I don't care about this, you, or if I insult/hurt you', and slightly righteous personality, again, seem very Irish.
