Unlike most examples here (and indeed, contrary to the expectations of those who haven't watched it), it's actually high quality for its genre and is often enjoyed beyond the [[Animation Age Ghetto]] and even beyond its Christian target audience (to wit, the jokes are actually funny and the references are actually clever, and it's wholly independent of the show's religious angle), in addition to having pioneered the use of [[All CGI Cartoon|3D in children's animation]]. Just goes to show that [[Tropes Are Not Bad]].

** At least until it was syndicated for national broadcast, meaning all references to Christianity were removed. However, after a [[Creator Backlash]] and protests from [[Moral Guardians]], the references were restored.
