''Doukyuusei'' is a [[Dating Sim]], and so, its gameplay revolves around two things: dialogue choices and moving the main character through a 2D map of the city where he lives. The objective is, of course, to get Takurou a girlfriend. To do that, however, you need to meet those girls when they're available to do so and make the right dialogue choices. And that way, their storylines progress. The number of targets is large and the number of days to conquer them limited, so is impossible to progress all storylines in one save: choices must be made before the game is even over.
