Ah, [[Fate Stay Night]] (and by extension [[Fate Zero (Literature)|Fate Zero]]). Kinoko Nasu comes close to [[HP Lovecraft]] in creating both [[Humanoid Abomination|Humanoid Abominations]] and [[Body Horror]] in his settings. The bad endings that you can get range from depressing and [[Squick|squicky]] to pure, undiluted [[Nightmare Fuel]]. Have fun sitting through forty bad endings to get [[Hundred Percent Completion]]...{{spoiler|and even that itself has [[Fridge Horror]]. See below for more details.}}
